Lori Coruccini, Strategic Alliance Officer - Predix CEO & Co-Founder

Lori is a sales and business strategist. With over 25 years experience as a staffing industry executive, combined with her role as a leadership and management consultant, Lori's responsibility is to drive the strategic growth of the enterprise.  

Lori specializes in linking client strategic initiatives with their workforce development needs.  She works within senior executive, management, sales and project teams throughout service and manufacturing organizations. She is responsible for marketing, sales, contracting strategic alliances and the deployment of business strategies focused on growth and profitability. 

As a staffing executive Lori drove annual revenue goals in excess of $50 million.  

Lori holds several board positions in Entrepreneurial Board of America, Progressive Network, Arizona Business and Professional Women, and Arizona SalesPros. For 24 years she has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Lori has a BSBA in Marketing/Management from Northern Arizona University.

Patty Azar, Chief Advisor/Strategist - Predix COO & Co-Founder

Patty is a strategic expert specializing in leadership and workforce development. Patty is a Master Facilitator in the fields of strategic thinking, leadership, workforce development and behavioral initiatives. Her results have been increased sales and profits, streamlined organizational structures, and improved client services.  

Patty is a co-developer of Predix KnowYourTalents® Best Practices Model.  

Patty was awarded numerous national and regional awards during her tenure as a sales executive at Federal Express Corporation and held an annual international sales goal of $100 million.  

In 1990 Patty created a strategic consulting firm that worked with high performance companies and professional associations that specialized in leadership and workforce development. She has authored Developing Business Solutions, The Global Sales Process, Coaching for Success, and co-authored The Strategic Thinking and Planning Formula.  Currently, she is authoring a process focusing on the need for strategic thinking, leadership and repeatable workforce processes to ensure building high performance teams.
