Over the past twenty five years this time proven behavioral assessment practice has enhanced the lives of millions!

Leverging behavior to outperform is something we take very seriously. We have spent almost half a lifetime researching and analyzing dozens of behavioral assessment systems. Myers Briggs, DISC, Caliper, PreVisor and many more. They all have unique strengths and are good tools, however,  we focus more on mindset and behavior. 

There are five things that we require in order to be a prefereed behavioral assessment tool:

1. Easy to Administor: Web based survey's, immediate analysis.

2. Accuracy: Must be believable and validating.

3. Credentials: Must have a successful track record, field study validation and scientifically proven.

4. Easy to understand: Reporting allows for management/individuals to deliver information to employees.

5. Return on Investment: Companies and Individuals must be able to feel the results.

Don't confuse a personality test with a true behavioral assessment. Some of the myths around which one is more effective or applicable in the work place can be discussed further on my Predix Blog. What is important to remember is that aligning behavior with the right job/mind set is what enables your organization, team or family to outperform the competition.
