• Unlimited coaching support for Owners, Managers and Employees to discuss any of the following with Predix Performance Coaches:  questions about their own ProScans, motivation reviews, direct report to questions, conflict resolution, how to communicate effectively in situations, challenges in their job, promotional opportunities, etc. 
• Unlimited ProScans for employees.  Number of ProScans is determined by Employee Base in a 90 day period.  Example:  For a company with 25 employees, this program allows for up to 25 ProScans within a 90 day period.  
• Unlimited Coaching support for potential new hires – ensuring the behaviors are a ‘fit’ for the job.  (A small charge  will be in added for a candidates ProScan but will offer the unlimited coaching support to discuss the potential ‘fit’)
