Lori is a sales and business strategist. With over 25 years experience as a staffing industry executive, combined with her role as a leadership and management consultant, Lori's responsibility is to drive the strategic growth of the enterprise.
Lori specializes in linking client strategic initiatives with their workforce development needs. She works within senior executive, management, sales and project teams throughout service and manufacturing organizations. She is responsible for marketing, sales, contracting strategic alliances and the deployment of business strategies focused on growth and profitability.
As a staffing executive Lori drove annual revenue goals in excess of $50 million.

Rebecca Peruch, President, Predix Restoration & Insurance Division
Rebecca began her professional career with State Farm Insurance Company in the Property Claims Division. As a member of the National Catastrophe team, she responded to large loss events including the North Ridge Earthquake in 1994.
Rebecca then joined Allstate Insurance Company and served 8 years in a corporate capacity as Market Sales Manager and Sales Instructor. Rebecca’s team developed and delivered strategic initiatives focused on growing Agency revenue, hiring, retention and product knowledge in a 5 state Region.
Rebecca’s experience helped her to lead a sales division of a Restoration Company Franchise in
Rebecca’s passion for growing successful businesses led to the development of Artemis Recruiting in 2005, an Executive Search Firm specializing in the Restoration Industry. Rebecca served as the Founder and President of Artemis Recruiting. The company was purchased by Staff One Search in 2008.

Sarah is a results oriented, accomplished sales and business development Executive with 20+ years of customer service, sales, and leadership experience delivering positive results within the Telecommunications industry. Sarah has been successful in building and managing multiple top-performing sales teams at multiple levels. She has a passion for assisting others in “being the best that they can be”. As a manager, she trained and mentored her team to ensure they would out-perform at all levels, personally taking interest in them to ensure their success. Her expertise comes from spending 15 years at WorldCom/MCI-Verizon. Sarah was responsible as a liaison between corporate and the field, strategizing with local sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. After WorldCom, she worked as an independent business development manager for a technical outsource company furthering her customer development experience. Sarah has been engaged with Predix since 2005 and now uses her natural human interest skills to help others unleash their potential.

Celeste Jayne Mislos is aptly described as a ‘customer service extraordinaire’, with almost 10 years experience in people oriented positions, providing information with utmost courtesy and honesty. Tami Trout, Predix Performance Coach
An established authority on talent hiring, training and management, Ms. Trout has more than 20 years of experience managing people and projects, developing and facilitating training programs, optimizing business processes and operations, and extensive experience in employee communications. Ms. Trout has worked with multiple clients across the nation to maximize their organizational success and profitability through developing effective human resources systems, workforce development, performance management, and strategic planning. While with Galliard Group, Ms. Trout co-developed the Family Business Advisor Program Workshop and Family Business Assessment tool.
Prior to merging with Galliard Group, Ms. Trout founded and managed Designed Success, a Boise-based human resources consulting firm that specialized in hiring and retaining the right talent for clients. Prior to Designed Success, Ms. Trout was employed for 16 years at Hewlett-Packard (HP) where she leveraged her extensive skills in human resources, and corporate marketing and communications.
During her tenure with HP, Ms. Trout served as a Learning Consultant within the HR function, providing HR managers with the knowledge, tools and processes they needed to enable effective and consistent HR management processes across the global HP Imaging and Printing Group (IPG). She also held various training and staffing roles, in addition to diversity recruiting at national conferences and managing HP IPG’s college internship program.
Ms. Trout holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University in Newburg, Oregon, and Health Information Technology from Boise State University, in Boise, Idaho. She also obtained certification in Human Resources Management. Additionally, Ms. Trout is a Certified Client Administrator for the Professional DynaMetrics Programs® assessment system (PDPWorks), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC). Ms. Trout serves on a Board committee for the Idaho Non-Profit Center.

Catherine Moseley, Predix Consultant
Catherine Moseley is an accomplished Consultant in the field of Organizational Development and Human Resources. She has over 25 years of experience in managing systems and process implementation within organizations. She has implemented Performance Management systems as a Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Tiburon Hospitality Management and Millennium Hotels & Resorts. She is an expert in managing projects for successful implementation and makes solid business recommendations for small and mid-sized clients. Catherine’s licensing as an Executive Coach will be accomplished in June of 2010 through Coach University. Her current clients include, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Prism Radio Partners, MGM Mirage Hospitality, University of Arizona Wildcat Basketball team, and Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine.
